Outbound calls
or SIP-trunking

This service allows to make calls via Internet
by means of IP-telephony

Unlike classic telephony (ISDN/PRI, E1, etc.), it’s easy to set up a SIP-trunk anywhere, an Internet connection is all you need. Usage of one or more backup Internet connections can ensure high reliability of communication. Whatever equipment you use (PBX, VoIP gateways, IP phones or softphones on computers) SIP protocol is universal and suits all kinds of compatible devices.

IP-telephony is not just a flexible tool to quickly get telephony in an office or a call center! It’s also about significant savings on long-distance calls.

Moreover, your provider location doesn't matter for SIP protocol. And we know that the privacy of communication plays an important role in business security in some countries.

Key question:
“price-quality” ratio

High-quality telephony at low prices – is it for real? We should answer honestly – no, it is not possible. Most likely, you can find offers with cheaper tariffs for some destinations, but will you be satisfied with the quality?

It is essential for us to provide high standard telephony and the maximum callers reach, which is impossible when using “grey” and other cheap voice traffic routes.

Meanwhile, our tariffs are considerably less expensive than classic telephony tariffs with almost the same quality level, because we have opportunities to use low prices for voice transmission over the Internet, private peering, and direct TDM/STM interconnections.

About security
and privacy

It is important to keep in mind that in most common cases SIP traffic is transmitted over the Internet without any encryption, so it can (in some countries certainly will) be recorded at any intermediary server, for example, at your Internet service provider server. For the prevention of such incidents, we offer to use encrypted versions of the protocol and complex solutions such as VPN tunnels.

Another risk for your business in some countries is the possibility that a local telephony provider can share data about your calls with the authorities. We are headquartered in the Czech Republic, we interact with the public authorities according to the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union (personal data protection policies in particular). This is where we have our core equipment hub. We have neither offices nor technical centers anywhere outside of the EU. By the way, you can check our actual Transparency Report — you can find all the customer personal data, authorizations information, IP addresses, calls, etc. disclosure requests we have received listed there.

Our specialists are always ready to consult you regarding security, not limited to the security of phone calls but covering integral safety including remote workplaces, cloud database of accounting records, VPN channels to protect Internet traffic, etc.

Rates for target destinations for each customer are uniquely tailored. We don’t charge any hidden fees. We round billed values by seconds, except for countries where other billing increments are applied by law.
CallerID
rate dependency

In some countries, the rate depends on the CallerID. For example, calls to Russia with a local CallerID cost at least 5 times cheaper than calls to Russia with an international CallerID. The situation is the same for the EU countries, rates differ 10 times for different CallerIDs. This is also true for some other countries, however, we can compound local and international telecoms interconnection — that’s why you should not forget to discuss the options available in your case with the account manager. DID numbers rental for some destinations may be useful as well.

CallerID
accuracy

When using cheap IP telephony services, you can often find out that your CallerID is indicated incorrectly to your dialed subscriber. For example, a Kazakh CallerID is shown to the dialed subscriber instead of a London CallerID when calling to Kazakhstan. This results from the use of cheap, so-called “grey” voice routes. It usually happens that the voice quality of such routes is of low profile distinctness, let alone the dialed party can’t identify you by your phone number and, surely, cannot call you back.

We never use such voice routes, so you can always rely on high quality and correctness of CallerID.

Specificities of some
national CallerIDs

Individual countries limit CallerID passing for international voice routes. For example, you are not able to call to Bulgaria using Bulgarian CallerID if you are not in Bulgaria. There is no explicit prohibition, however, calls with local CallerIDs are increasingly blocked by the national carriers. If you need to call with the local CallerIDs, you can rely on our experience in that field, just don’t forget to notify your account manager in advance to choose the optimal solution.
