Unlike classic telephony (ISDN/PRI, E1 etc.), it’s easy to set up SIP-trunk anywhere, you need just access to Internet. Using of backup Internet connections (one or several) guarantees high reliability of SIP-telephony. It doesn’t matter what equipment you use: PBX, VoIP gateways, IP phones or softphones on computers – SIP protocol is universal and suites for all kinds of compatible devices.

IP-telephony is not just flexible tool to quickly get telephony in the office or call center! It’s also significant savings on long-distance calls.

Moreover, for SIP protocol it’s absolutely doesn’t matter where is located your provider. And we know that privacy of communications plays an important role in business security in some countries.

High quality telephony at the low prices – is it real? We should reply honestly – no. Pretty much, you can find offers with cheaper tariffs for some destinations, but will you be satisfied with the quality?

It’s important for us to provide high standard telephony and maximum callers reach, and it’s impossible when using “grey” and other cheap voice traffic routes.

Meanwhile, our tariffs are considerably less expensive than classic telephony tariffs with almost the same quality level, because we have opportunities to use low price for voice transmission via Internet, private peering, direct TDM/STM interconnections.

About security
and privacy

It is important to keep in mind that in the most common case SIP traffic is transmitted via Internet without any encryption, so it can be (in some countries will certainly be) written at any intermediary server, for example, at your Internet provider server. For the prevention of such incidents we offer to use encrypted versions of protocol and complex solutions such as VPN tunnels.

Another risk for your business in some countries is a possibility that local telephony provider can deliver data about your calls to the competent authorities. We are headquartered in the Czech Republic, we interact with the public authorities according to the law of Czech Republic and European Union (for example, personal data protection). This is where we have our core equipment hub. We haven’t offices and technical centers outside of EU. By the way, you can check our actual Transparency Report where indicated all handled requests about disclosure of customer’s personal data and/or information on authorizations, IP addresses, calls etc.

Flexible tariff policies
Rates for target destinations for each customer are uniquely tailored. We don’t charge any hidden fees. We apply billing rounding by seconds except countries where other billing increments are applied by law.
Tariff dependence
on CallerID

In some countries rate depends on CallerID. For example, calls to Russia with local CallerID cost at least 5 times cheaper than calls to Russia with international CallerID. The same situation is for EU countries, rates differ 10 times for different CallerIDs. This is also true for some other countries, however, we can compound local and international telecoms interconnections, that’s why don’t forget to discuss options for your case with the account manager. DID numbers rent for some destinations may be useful as well.

When using cheap IP telephony services, you can often find out that your CallerID is indicated incorrectly for your called subscriber. For example, Kazakh CallerID is showed to called subscriber when calling to Kazakhstan instead of London CallerID. It’s the result of the use of cheap, so-called “grey” voice routes. As usual, such routes are of low quality of voice distinctness, let alone called party can’t identify you by phone number and, surely, can't call back to you.

We never use such voice routes, so you can always figure on high quality and correctness of CallerID.

Specificities of some
national CallerIDs

Individual countries limit CallerID passing for international voice routes. For example, you are not able to call to Bulgaria using Bulgarian CallerID, if you are not in Bulgaria. There is no explicit prohibition, however, calls with local CallerIDs are increasingly blocking by the national carriers. If you need to call with the local CallerIDs, you can rely on our experience in that field, just don’t forget to notify your account manager in advance to choose optimal solution.
