The price is shown for 1 month. Tech support (in hours) includes PBX setup under customer’s requirements (routing, IVR, queues etc.). Technical support is provided during working hours on weekdays (SLA 8x5).

IVR recording is performed by professional native-speaking voice talents in English and Russian, other languages by request. It’s possible to choose between several voices. In “Corporation” tariff initial IVR (no longer 60 sec) is included.
